The software

IEP Agent is free to use, change and share for noncommercial purposes, with credit, under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. The IEP Agent, OneToEight and Afterschool names and marks remain the licensor's. This website is a promoting page for free software; by using either you accept these terms.

Disclaimer

IEP Agent is a planning aid, not advice. It helps a parent organise information and prepare for meetings. It does not provide legal, medical, psychological or educational advice, it cannot diagnose, and it makes no promise about any outcome at school. For decisions that matter, rely on the school, your child's clinicians, and where relevant a qualified advocate or lawyer.

AI can make mistakes. The agent drafts and organises; you review everything before you rely on it or take it to a meeting. The plan is yours.

Privacy

Your child's plan lives with you. The agent runs on your own computer and keeps everything in your own folder. Your answers, notes and documents are not uploaded to us, and we cannot see them.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. It uses a cookieless page counter (OneDollarStats) that records anonymous visit counts; it sets no cookies and cannot identify you. There are no accounts and no forms on this site.

Sharing is your choice, in the moment

If you ask the agent to share anything (a plan page, a note), it only does so when you name the person and confirm at that moment. We never receive a copy of anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
